HOW LONG WILL IT TAKE FOR MY ORDER TO BE MADE AND DISPATCHED?

Our standard delivery time is 7-10 working days.  We do offer a 3 day express delivery service for all orders, but you would need to request this service and pay the express delivery charge of £10.00   Please select this option at the Basket section of the website.

Collection from our studio is available by arrangement.

HOW LONG DOES SHIPPING TAKE?

We use First or Second Class, Royal Mail for all small pictures, hanging decorations, greetings cards and A4 prints.  This service takes 1-3 days.  Express delivery is sent on an overnight delivery and when Express delivery is selected this will take 2-3 days from the time the order is received.

For all other parcels we use DPD overnight delivery.  Your order will be delivered the following working day and where a mobile phone number has been provided you will receive a text message to inform you of the delivery time.

Saturday delivery can be arranged at extra costs.  Please call the studio to arrange this service.

Please note we cannot offer delivery on Sundays.

All delivery times are estimates.  Please be advised that delays in the Royal Mail delivery service do occasionally take place however we do everything we can to assist in these cases.

We are able to offer International delivery on all small pictures, greetings card, A4 prints and hanging decorations.   International deliveries will be sent by Royal Mail Airmail and this service is tracked.  To discuss International delivery please contact the studio on 01253 696195.

Western Europe: 2-5 working days after dispatch
Rest of Europe: 5-10 working days after dispatch
USA & Canada: 5-10 working days after dispatch
Far East & Australasia: 5-14 working days after dispatch
Rest of World: 5-14 working days after dispatch

Please note these timings are approximate and provided by Royal Mail.

PACKAGING 

Every item we send out will arrive boxed and protected with air filled pillows.  Our items are extremely well protected and we are proud of our fabulous breakage record.

RETURN OR EXCHANGE 

Non-personalised items can be returned or exchanged in their original packaging and condition within 30 days.

Personalised items are non-refundable.

In the unlikely event an item contains an error or sustains damage during delivery, we will happily replace it and cover postage costs for you to return the original.
Returns should be made either by Royal Mail 2nd class small parcel rate or for larger items please contact us to arrange a collection from DPD.

Refunds will be made to your original card/payment method.

PLEASE NOTE

We cannot take responsibility for incorrect delivery addresses entered at the checkout. Any loss caused by incorrect addresses, financial or otherwise, will be your responsibility, unless the negligence is ours.

Orders are delivered by Royal Mail or DPD, and are subject to the terms and conditions of these third parties.
