HOW LONG WILL IT TAKE FOR MY ORDER TO BE MADE AND DISPATCHED?
Our standard dispatch time is 7-10 working days (Monday to Friday are classed as working days excluding Public and Bank Holidays). We do offer a 2-3 working day express delivery service for all orders. Delivery options are selected during checkout.
Collection from our studio may be available by prior arrangement.
HOW LONG DOES SHIPPING TAKE?
We use Royal Mail 48 or 24 for the majority of deliveries.
For larger orders we use Parcelforce 24 and where a mobile phone number has been provided you will receive a text message to inform you of the delivery time.
Saturday delivery can be arranged at extra costs. Please call the studio to arrange this service.
Please note we cannot offer delivery on Sundays.
All delivery times are estimates. Please be advised that delays in the Royal Mail delivery service do occasionally take place however we do everything we can to assist in these cases.
Artwork orders are boxed and extremely well protected with air filled pillows. All none fragile items are dispatched either boxed or in padded envelopes. Where possible, we use recycled packaging materials.

RETURN OR EXCHANGE
As all of our products are handmade to order; items are non-refundable.
In the unlikely event an item contains an error or sustains damage during delivery, we will replace it and cover postage costs for returning the faulty product. We must be made aware of faulty/damaged items within 48hrs of receipt.
We cannot take responsibility for incorrect delivery addresses entered at the checkout. Any loss caused by incorrect addresses, financial or otherwise, will be your responsibility, unless the negligence is ours.
Orders are delivered by Royal Mail or Parcelforce, and are subject to the terms and conditions of these third parties.
