How it works

Can I choose the fragrance?

Every diffuser is filled with our signature Daisy Maison home fragrance, so there is nothing else to pick. Cap off, reeds in, and it looks after itself.

Which tag will I get?

Whichever you pick above. The black tag with cream print is selected unless you change it to white.

Can it be for a teacher, a colleague or a sister?

Yes. The tag says thank you for being amazing, and the name and sign-off are yours, so it works for anyone who has earned it.

What if I make a typo?

We print exactly what you type, so check the spelling before adding to basket. Spotted one after ordering? Email orders@daisymaison.co.uk with your order number straight away and we will do our best to catch it before printing.

How do I use it?

Take off the cap, pop the reeds in and give them a day to soak. Flip the reeds once a week to refresh the scent. Keep it out of reach of children and pets, and off polished surfaces.

Is it gift boxed?

Add the gift box above for £5.95 and it arrives in a rigid white box with ribbon and a tag, ready to hand over. Without the box it still comes safely wrapped in recyclable protective packaging.

I don't know what my order number is

Your order number is a 5-digit code. If you paid via PayPal, it will be referred to as the Invoice ID, starting with a WC-.

I have not received my confirmation email

All order confirmations are automatically sent out after a transaction completes. Please check all junk, spam, or other folders.

What pets can you accommodate?

We accommodate cats or dogs in our designs.

I don't have a PayPal account; how can I pay?

We accept all major credit/debit cards and PayPal payments.

Can I have all light grey pebbles?

As we use naturally occurring resources like pebbles, there will be variations in colour and size. Unfortunately, we are unable to take specific requests regarding pebble colour and size.

I have already ordered but would like to take advantage of an offer

The offer must be applied in the same transaction. If you have already placed an order and it hasn’t been dispatched, please call our office on 07936 558870, and we will do our best to assist.

I would like to commemorate an angel-baby/lost family member on my print

For requests like this, we normally add a halo above the pebble character. When ordering, please specify in the personalization boxes all names and who the angel is, and we will accommodate.

What size are the frames?

The frames hold an A4 size print.

What postal company do you use?

All of our orders are sent with YODEL or Royal Mail 48 or 24 (express delivery) with full tracking, dispatch emails provided. Tracking information is sent to the details submitted by customers at the point of purchase.

How long will it take for my order to be made and dispatched?

Our standard dispatch time is 5 – 7 working days (see individual product pages for current lead times as this may vary).

Express orders will be made and dispatched within 2-3 working days.

Super express orders will be made and dispatched the following working day (if ordered before 12pm).

During busier periods (e.g., Mother’s Day/Christmas), our dispatch times can be up to 7-14 working days. These will be updated on our website at the time.

Collection from our studio may be available by prior arrangement.

How long does shipping take?

We use Royal Mail or Yodel for all deliveries. Tracked 24 aims to deliver items within 1 working day of dispatch, and Tracked 48 aims to deliver items within 2-3 working days of dispatch.

Dispatch notifications will be sent via text or email. All delivery times are estimates. Please be advised that delays in the delivery service do occasionally take place; however, we do everything we can to assist in these cases.

How will my order be packaged?

All orders are boxed or suitably packed in padded envelopes. Fragile items are protected from damage using environmentally friendly internal packaging. Where possible, we use recycled packaging materials.

Returns & Exchanges

As all of our products are handmade to order, items are non-refundable. In the unlikely event an item contains an error or sustains damage during delivery, we will replace it and cover postage costs for returning the faulty product. Return of items should be made via The Post Office, and packaging must be suitable to ensure damage does not occur during return transit. Where possible, original packaging should be used. Cost of return will be refunded by us immediately. We must be made aware of faulty/damaged items within 48hrs of receipt.

Additional information

We cannot take responsibility for incorrect delivery addresses entered at the checkout. Any loss caused by incorrect addresses, financial or otherwise, will be your responsibility, unless the negligence is ours. Orders are delivered by courier and are subject to the terms and conditions of these third parties.
