Personalisation guide

  • Names at the top: one child or several, for example "Lottie & Arlo".
  • Your elf's name at the bottom: Tinsel, Jingle, Snowdrop, Pip, Twinkle, or whatever your family calls them.
  • Address on the left: family name and address, exactly as you would like it printed.

Size and dispatch

  • Approximately 10 x 16 cm, 3 mm acrylic, UV printed so it will not fade or tear.
  • Arm and leg slots 1.7 cm, sized for most 12" soft-bodied elf toys.
  • Dispatched in 5 to 7 working days, express 2 to 3. Tracked Royal Mail or Yodel.
  • Free UK delivery on orders over £50. Recyclable protective packaging.

Questions

Will it fit the elf we already have?

The slots suit most 12" soft-bodied elves with slim arms and legs. If yours is larger, the postcard also stands on its own beside the elf.

Can two children share one postcard?

Yes. Put both names at the top. For one each, tick the sibling offer above and the second postcard is £9.95.

When should I order for a 1 December arrival?

Order by mid November and standard dispatch arrives comfortably before 1 December. After that, choose express dispatch at checkout.

Do you sell a girl elf?

Our Plush Elf Friend is the classic red boy elf. The postcard slots fit most 12" girl elves too, so she is very welcome to hold it.

Can the verse be changed?

The verse is part of the hand-drawn design and stays the same. The names and address are yours.
